1. Who we are and what this is
CoreMultiplier ("we", "us") provides a web application that organises public information about gold and silver mining companies and lets you keep a personal watchlist and portfolio for educational and research purposes (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not investment advice
The Service is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice and does not recommend buying, selling or holding any security. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner in any jurisdiction. All scores, verdicts, projections and pyramids are the output of arithmetic over public data at assumptions you control. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
3. Accuracy of information
Information is drawn from public sources - regulatory filings, company websites and market-data feeds - partly by automated systems, including AI models. We do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or current. Sources may be misread, delayed, restated or wrong. Verify against the primary source before relying on anything.
4. Your account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorised use. One person, one account; accounts are not transferable.
5. Beta period, fees and billing
During the beta period, sign-up and membership are free and features may change, break or be withdrawn without notice. After beta we may charge a subscription fee, which will be shown before you are asked to pay and billed through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial research. You may not: copy, scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the Service by any automated means; resell, redistribute or republish the data or outputs; reverse-engineer the Service; use it to build a competing dataset or product; share your login; or interfere with the Service’s operation or security. We may rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its scoring framework, its educational content and its presentation are ours or our licensors’. Public filings and market data remain the property of their respective owners. You keep ownership of the portfolio information you enter; you grant us a licence to store and process it to provide the Service to you.
8. Your data and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleted account data is retained for 30 days to allow recovery of accidental deletions, then permanently removed, except where we must keep records to meet legal obligations.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, investment losses, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places the limitation applies to the extent permitted.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms. When a change is material we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in; continued use after that is acceptance. The version date appears at the top of this page.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service, giving notice where reasonably possible.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts located there unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Questions: support@coremultiplier.com.
